Tim is editor of Spidell’s Elder Client Planner® and is the author of the federal portion of Spidell’s Fall Tax Update Manual. He has authored “Tricks and Traps of IRAs” and other special reports. Tim maintains a tax practice where he does individual, business, and tax planning. His articles are always interesting, well-cited, and often humorous. He is also a frequent speaker for Spidell webinars. He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration (accounting) from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Science in taxation from Golden Gate University. |

Lynn Freer, EA
Lynn is Publisher of Spidell’s Elder Client Planner® and President of Spidell Publishing, inc. Her experience working with clients preparing for retirement inspired the creation of the publication. She believes that baby boomer clients are in special need of help when deciphering new tax laws and using old laws in ways that most benefit this segment of the population. She believes you can best help these clients by integrating social security, Medicare and investment strategies. Lynn will be speaking at Spidell's annual Federal and California Update Seminar. |

Renée Rodda, J.D.
Renée is associate editor of the Spidell’s Elder Client Planner® newsletter. Renée lectures extensively on tax issues that impact aging Americans. She has authored “Overview of Medicare and Medicaid/Midi-Cal Rules,” as well as self-study courses, including an EA ethics course. She is a graduate of Chapman School of Law with a Tax Law Emphasis. Renée will be speaking at Spidell’s annual Federal and California Tax Update Seminar. |

Kathryn Zdan
Kathryn writes and assists in research and editing articles for Spidell’s Elder Client Planner® She specializes on topics such as Social Security, Medicare, elder abuse, and tax-relevant court cases. She is a tax preparer registered with the California Tax Education Council. She has a master’s degree from California State University, Fullerton, and completed her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan. |
